  1. Can I buy more web space (web storage, web memory)?
    Yes, we offer a number of packages with different web space quotas.  If you need more web space you can upgrade to a package with more web space to increase the amount of space available to you.  Compare packages for web storage capacity.

    Alternatively, if you own multiple sites and are near to your web space limit, you can purchase an additional subscription, and  transfer some sites to the new subscription to get more space.

  2. Can I buy more than one domain name?
    Yes, you can buy as many domain names as you like.  Locate ‘Domain’ in the top menu and click.  Also you can assign some or all of your domain names to point to the same site.  If you have many sites, you may want domain names for each site.  There is no limit to how many sites you can buy and manage through us. Compare all Packages OR visit Domains
  3. How can I tell how much space I have used for my sites? 
    Go to your site, click ‘Edit my site’.  Go to the Toolbar located at the top of the website maker and select ‘Admin’ then select ‘Statistics’. You will see a pie chart displaying the disk usage for your current site and each of your additional sites, if you have them.
    OR 
    In ‘Basic view’ select ‘Edit’ --> ‘Manage your site” -->‘Admin” to access the Statistics panel.  This will display a pie chart for the disk usage for the current site.
    OR
    When you hit your storage limit you will not be able to upload further information to your site. You will have to delete unused files in your Library and File Manager to create more space or upgrade to a site package that meets your needs.  Compare packages for web storage capacity
     
  4. How do I upgrade?
    If you would like to upgrade your account to take advantage of features offered on other packages, simply login to your site, click ‘Edit my site’.  In the sitemaker toolbar (Advanced View) select ‘Account’ -> ‘Upgrade’ and ensure that you are on the ‘Upgrade’ tab.  Select an option, click on the ‘Pay now’ button and just follow the instructions In ‘basic view’ select Edit’ ->’Account details’ ->. The Admin panel will then load and show you the upgrade options available to you.  Compare packages for features
